How to print multiple pics on 4x6 or 5x7 paper

I don't want to use and waste an 8.5x11 piece of photo paper to print two small photos. Instead, I'd like to use my 5x7 or 4x6 photo paper to print the pics. However, when I select the pics, then select 5x7 or 4x6 print size, I'm only presented one photo per paper. Seems like you only get to print multiple pics on an 8.5x11 piece of photo paper instead of the smaller sizes. Is this something you can change? Thank you.
