A download from a "Microsoft" website containing a virus or something

I just downloaded the Windows XP sp1 installer for my VM and I did not download it from my computer and downloaded it from the VM and I am glad I did that, I request Microsoft to remove it from their site.I AM FREAKED UP.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:----------------------------------I downloaded the file from catalog.update.microsoft.com searched for XP sp1 and downloaded sp1.PROOF;--------
