Microsoft HD-3000 cam stopped working, not showing up in device manager

As in the subject, my Microsoft HD-3000 cam stopped working with all applications, does not show up as an option in the camera app, or in zoom. It also does not show up in device manager, and so therefore a lot of the troubleshooting tips i've seen are impossible for me.Any advice on how to fix this issue?
