USB 2.0 ports / Motherboard Headers no longer work, 3.0 and 3.1 work fine. Reset did not fix.

About a year ago, I used Autoruns to remove some old startup tasks from my computer. I unknowingly had selected a system service or something and deleted that along with the others. After I rebooted, my USB 2 ports no longer worked, with my 3.0 and 3.1 ports working just fine, including on my PCIe USB card that has both 2.0 and 3.0 ports.Since then I have:Updated my BIOSUpdated windows numerous timesUninstalled and installed different USB driversMade sure the ports were not set to turn off for power consumptionReset my pc (keeping files)Installed a different edition of Windows (Home -> Stud
