I can't hear sounds in my Windows 7 Ultimate laptop

I'm currently using a ASUS laptop with Windows 7 installed, I try to test the speakers using Realtek HD Audio Manager, I clicked on Auto Test and suddenly I can't hear any single sound. I tried to uninstall the audio, install it again, it's still persistsIs there any tips that helps?
