What should I do if Windows 10 performs a Disk Check at every boot and load in just fine?

A few nights ago while I was chatting with friends over discord, my whole computer froze out of nowhere. After performing a force shutdown, I restarted my pc and was prompted with "To skip disk checking, press any key within (#) seconds" during startup. Then "Scanning and repairing C:" pops up and boots in Windows 10 as normal. I've already tried repairing my C: drive through the tools tab on file explorer and control panel but it still checks for repairs. I've been trying to run chkdsk commands into my command prompt as an administrator but nothing seems to fix my problem. Is it fine if I le
