Your Windows License Will Expire Soon

Hi! So I bought this PC back in November 2019 with a genuine Windows copy (from this website Lider in Echipamente IT Refurbished, Second Hand, Noi - CIT Grup) and yesterday, I got the latest Windows 10 update and it keeps showing me that my Windows License will expire in like a week. How can I fix this issue? Please help me.
