Hi. I have an hp stream laptop(model:14-cb109ca). Two days ago, it suddenly failed to connect to my WIFI. I tried network troubleshooting. sometimes it says driver problem sometimes it says couldn't identify. then i used HP'S support assistant. it said I need a driver but couldn't download it. Then I tried a 3rd party app(driver talent) it said I'm okay.I also tested the wirleess module in the firmware. there it said "Wireless module not installed" What does it mean? Is this a hardware or software problem? Can I fix it without de-assembling my laptop? I can use USB tethering. No Ethernet por
