downgrade from win 7 pro to ultimate because of storage problem

i have a windows 7 pro 64-bit installed on my old pc and the pro takes so much space so i have to downgrade to ultimate but i don't want to reinstall win 7 . i also want the storage to be lowed as the ultimate . i want to do it without loosing any apps, files, app data, photos, videos and all storage . will my storage lowed in the downgrade. will it became half the storage of the pro in ultimatethanks
