Major Problem with Windows 10 updates 6/8/2021-8/11/2021 having the same problem having to do a recovery to try to use my windows 10 after all updates

Hi, I'm having a problem with my Windows 10 again today, ever time I try to open my document files my Windows 10 shuts down and restarts all by itself all the icons and folders app icons disappear off my screen and my computer is useless for about 20-30 seconds and then it reappear on my screen and if I try to open my document file again it starts the same thing again. I did a reset from the recovery drive and it was fine for 1 day then after all of the Windows 10 latest updates installed and and were updated to my computer last night it started to doing it again the same thing the same way. I
