OneDrive has Hijacked my data and I want it back

I never gave permission for my data (photos, documents, etc...) to be uploaded to the cloud, nor do I want OneDrive to be the default location for my data. The good news is, somewhere along the line you created a program that seamlessly uploads data to the cloud; the bad news is people don't realize it has happened until the drive is full and you demand money for more storage - the hijacking part is I cannot undo the damage without paying for it, as far as I can tell. How do I1. Return all the data to my PC?2. Stop OneDrive from taking over?3. Keep my sanity while performing the above?Thank you
