Windows 7 home premium slui.exe 4 brings me to "invalid product key"

I searched on how to activate windows 7 by phone, but when I tried slui.exe 4, it brought me back to the "invalid product key" I don't know how to solve this problem? Can anyone help? (i dont know if anyone is still available about windows 7 anymore, im just trying to update to windows 10)
