Is there literally no way to get access to Microsoft Agent again?

Microsoft Agent was those characters like Clippy that appear at the bottom that discontinued after Windows 8. None of the links I see work at all. I don't expect it to work on Windows 10, but is there no way to do anything about it? A program to view it? A program to emulate it? Maybe a VM that can get them back? Just anything. Please.
