I have a user here within our environment that has two mailboxes outside of her default mailbox that wont send new emails. The emails sit in the outbox. However, these mailboxes are receiving email and can even reply successfully to emails received. They just cant compose new emails. The users default mailbox is functioning normally. User has Office 2016 and is running windows 7 (yeah I know we are behind but we are currently working towards moving to Intune Win 10 machines). Any help would be appreciated.
