USB tethering doesn't work - The "Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device" do not even exist in my pc

Unfortunately, the USB tethering does not work on my pc. Yesterday, I tried to share the internet from my android phone. It just did not work, as soon as I toggle on the USB tethering option on the phone, it automatically toggles off. This wasn't the problem before, I was able to use USB tethering.I have searched, and it somewhat seems that the solution is to update the driver "Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device" on my PC.However, this driver does not even exist on my pc. I checked the device manager and it simply did not show the driver.So, am I supposed to download this driver from so
