HP Print & Scan Doctor repeating to extract, then install itself, then opens whenever it wants! GOING CRAZY- Help

Hi people, I am Tony just a home user and work in construction, I'm not a computer professional.After Adobe Flash ended, I could not open HP Toolbox for my printer. The web told me to get "HP Print & Scan Doctor", so I downloaded it from the HP website along with 2 updates that were visible, a 'critical and standard' patch/update. I installed everything (construction worker me).I am running Windows 7 with all the updates I believe up to the end of "7" updates.PROBLEM I HAVE: The HP PSDR extracts itself whenever it wants, and multiple times, then installs itself, then opens itself.
