Hey everyone, I am here with a problem which is bothering me from days. I recently discovered Encarta saved in my drive from the last many years and thought to install it. I had already use Encarta on Windows 7 without any issues but on Windows 10, I am encountering problems in playing any visual content. Whenever I open any video or any game in the software, I see a error report saying to install Flash Player and also Windows Media Player. You can also see the same in the screenshot attached below.
