I have US English and Spanish set up as languages on my Windows 10 installations and I am using the US International keyboard only. I do wish to use the spell-checking, speech and handwriting features of the Spanish language pack, but I do not want the settings to include the Spanish keyboard (I don't have one). The US International keyboard can easily produce all the Spanish special characters almost exactly like the Spanish keyboard. Therefore I have no need for a separate keyboard, but since the system obliges me to have at least one keyboard per language, I have selected the US Internation
