How to Remove Non Genuine Windows 7 and revert to original Genuine Windows XP without CD

My computer is an old ACER aspire unit. Originally bought with genuine pre-installed windows XPmore than 10 years ago. When a friend used it for some time they installed a non genuine windows 7. How can I revert to the old genuine XP without the CD ? I still have the product code of the original XP on the sticker of the hardware. Many thanks.
