Any way to upgrade windows by keeping disabled a particular graphics driver during installation?

I am going through a terrible problem. The specification of my PC is the following.OS: Windows 10 1909Graphics Card: Intel HD graphics 520 and Nvidea GeForce 940MCPU: Intel 6th gen core i3 processors.The problem is that the Nvidia graphics of my PC got corrupted and every time I enable it the PC got freeze. That's why I keep disabled it and run the PC only through the Intel HD graphics. But whenever I try to apply any feature update, the update got freeze after the first restart.
