The only files I can download are photos, like really 2-3MB, and they download really fast. I tried lots of things to solve this, but nothing works. I tried disactivating the Windows Defender, renewing IP (I think that's what I did...?), resetting my Wi-fi router, did the last windows 10 updates, running cmd and doing some fancy command ("sfc/scannow" and I don't even know what it does), browser settings-- and btw, downloading doesn't work on any browser. I have had this problem for 3-4 days already. If someone has a solution, please help me! I already tried everything I found on the internet.
