How to fix KB2640103 bug from .Net Framework

Our application crashes on Window 7 due to the known .net Framework 4.0 bug (KB2640103), error description: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2640103There is a hotfix (KB2640103), and I am trying to get the link to download it. But so far I could not find anything.I need very urgently to apply this KB on our application because we have been receiving crash reports almost every day.Could you please help me??Thanks in ADVANCE!!!!
