Hello, I've had this computer for the better part of 2 years now and its only been a month since everything seemed to begin to go wrong. At first I encountered an issue where I booted my computer up and I was welcomed with a black screen and a functional cursor. I thought it was a windows explorer related error so I tried to do the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + Del but nothing happened. For another 2 days I tried everything to try and fix this software but I ended up having to install a new version of windows and scrap all of my old files and applications...
