I am on Windows7. I moved my file from C drive to E drive and the file vanished from the desktop of my laptop. I tried to create a shortcut of that file in E drive and then cut-pasted it to the desktop but the shortcut got saved in C drive too. I don't want to save my file in C drive but E drive and I want to move a lot of other files stored in the DESKTOP folder of C drive to E drive. Is there any way by which I can move multiple files from the C drive to E drive and still find them on my desktop or can I just move the whole DESKTOP folder to E drive?
