Getting BSOD after plugging in HDD w error code SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXECPTION and w the problem luafv.sys

I am getting BSOD after I try to plug in my HDD. It will show the error code SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXECPTION and with luafv.sys in "What failed". Is there any solution to this problem? I have also tried to format my HDD, and the results shows "Windows was unable to complete the format". And when I tried to format the HDD with command prompt, it will show "Error writing partition table. Format failed". Is there a solution to this also?
