Windows boot problem

Hey...My pc shows " BOOTMGR missing".I tried many things to solve these but nothing happened.I tried these things mentioned below...I removed all pins and plugs and restarted again but issue not solved.I restarted my pc but issue didn't solvedI format my pc with windows disc and usb both but it shows only windows logo and then a black screen with cursor so I waited for a long time but the thing was same.How can I resolve this problem?
