sound not playing in speakers in my windows 7

Hi There !sound is not playing in computer speakers, i checked for drivers online but its showing drivers is up to date. Problem is sound is not playing in computer speakers but if i connect same speakers to mobile its working perfectly.There is something wrong in computer.please suggest ASAP
