My lockscreen spotlight picture is changing (I think) but I can't get the fun, facts and tips to show up to ask me if I like the picture presented. I have done everything I could find and it still does not work. One thing that is missing from my background apps that you are supposed to turn on is Microsoft Edge. I got to settings>system> continue running extensions and apps when Microsoft Edge is closed and it is set to on but Edge still doesn't show up in the background apps. What can I do other than reinstall windows which I am not going to do.
