Text sporadically disappears from Windows

Different pieces of text are randomly disappearing from my PC. On my task bar, only half the text disappears, and half the time the icons go as well. On File Explorer, most files and folders are missing their names. On windows apps, including the driver manager and task manager, nothing appears, and CMD is dysfunctional.It may be a driver or update problem, but currently the issues make it unfeasible to fix, and restarting the graphics driver does nothing while restarting file explorer makes it worse. Does anyone ken a solution?
