product key different

Hello there,i have differences product key like for example, in my laptop display the product key was 00342-XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXX. but on my certificate of authenticity sticker on my laptop is different, its was BMTY9-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. and i try the both of them but its invalid. What should i do? I"m still using my windows 7 starter and i was about to upgrade it to windows 8.1.
