I cannot install Windows 10 64-bit on a Windows 10 32-bit, 64-based Processor computer

I recently would like to make use of our old computer as test computer for applications and websites. Before I decided to upgrade this computer, the computer is in Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit version. I decided to upgrade this computer to Windows 10 64-bit directly. However it did not work CMPXCHG16B error but checked my processor, it supports CMPXCHG16B. So what I planned to do was upgrade to Windows 10 32-bit then upgrade again to Windows 10 64 bit.Currently, the computer's specifications are as follows:Device name DESKTOP-LOOE7CL Processor Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz
