So my boss gave me his old work laptop that was a HP with windows 7 factory-installed. The company had him install windows 10. Well last year they gave him a company laptop so he gave me his old laptop to let my 5 year old have. He did a reset on it but now it says I need to activate windows through the companies internet. I myself did a factory reset hoping it would revert back to the original windows 7 but after several hours of reseting it was still windows 10 telling me to activate windows through my company... I'm not going to invest money into it since it was just going to be my daughter
