Windows 10 update from Windows 7

I have a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium which was updated to Windows 10 when Microsoft was allowing free upgrades but unfortunately I had to replace my HDD with a new SDD and reinstall the original WIN7. How do I upgrade the new SDD to the WIN10 OS like I was previously running without purchasing WIN10 since I had received the free upgrade previously? I would think my WIN10 OS would be grandfathered in? Thanks in advance.
