"The data area passed to a system call is too small OneDrive"

I have migrated a client to one drive for business.The path and filename is 250 characters long, when i open the file I get the following error: "The data area passed to a system call is too small OneDrive".when i move the file to the root folder of one drive it opens.Anyone with a sollution to this problem please.
