upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10

I try to upgrade my PC to windows 10, using the media installation tool, but when i use that the blue-screen "Windows 10 Installing" it stops at around 70-80% and says "Windows 10 Upgrade failed." without any reason. ive tried upgrading 4 times and had the exact same result. pls help
