My laptop Wifi Intel Wireless Adapter goes Code 43 when access to company WIFI; but not home WIFI

Having trouble when I am connecting to company WIFI using Intel Wireless AC 9650. I tried uninstall driver and install back but failed. Using ethernet does not have any trouble.However, this problem does not occured when I am using home WIFI and restaurant WIFI.Any solution??
