This has been a problem for months now. Every few seconds, all apps on my computer freezes for half a second. While writing, the computer still register my input while stuttering. The mouse's movement and audio is uneffected by the stuttering. When i look into Task Manager, everytime the laptop stutter, cpu usage jumps from 2% to around 12-16% and then fall back down, this is caused by the system process. Can someone help me its really distracting.I'm using an Inspirion 5406 2n1CPU 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7GPU Intel Iris XE Graphics
