Hacked out of my account, email changed, recovery form not working, credit card still being charged, support not helping!!



Around a month ago, my (now-old) Microsoft account was hacked, its password changed, and recovery email changed to an email address I do not recognize. Therefore it was impossible for me to login into my own Microsoft account since there was no way to send a password reset link at my original email address. I have been sending ID verification forms (Recover your account) every day for a month (twice a day), and every single attempt to verify my identity is automatically denied. Given that Microsoft Support wasn't of any help, it was implied that my Microsoft account was unrecoverable.
