I need help activating my Windows 10 device.

My Windows 10 desktop recently became unactivated. I haven't done any major hardware changes. I noticed that it was unactivated about a month or so ago and haven't been able to reactivate it. I have the original activation key but Windows won't take it. I tried pulling the current activation key form the registry but that key didn't work either.
