After the most recent update 9/17/2021, my headset and speaker stop working together at the same time, they can only work independently

Hi,I have set my speaker and headset to work at the same time previously, but after the most recent update, it stop working properly. I can only get either one to work and not both.Both Headset and speaker are working fine btw.I have tried: setting speaker as default device and setting headphone as default communication device and do play back (listen to this device (headset)) at the recording tab. It didn't work as it still only play from speaker and the sound coming from headset is just me typing and clicking sound, there is no music coming from it.Also stereo mix is missing after the update
