HiI have the following issue happening over the last seven days, which I have to keep on going through the same thing to use diagnose and fix or virtual assistant, and eventually the printer works but the next day I am back to square one, It comes up with. I have re booted rooter, turned off printer and laptop etc. This is what I get below: HP Envy series 4520 "network cannot be contacted over network, contact your network admin, windows could not fix the problem"Any ideas?I have the latest software, printer says ready but when I go to print page says offlineThanks
