My cpu has been spiking 30-40 percent on all running processes for the past year when i move my mouse across the desktop. I have tried reinstall of windows several times, i have tried factory reset, uninstalling and reinstalling all drivers. Nothing is helping. It used to run fine at 1000mhz polling rate with no cpu spikes at all. Now i have it set to 500 mhz just to get by in games. My fps used to reach 200-250 in cod mw and now i barely get 90-100 fps in Mw. I have a i7 9700f processor, 2 550gb ssd, a geforce rtx 2070 super, 16gb ram, logitech g502 hero mouse.
