How can I Permanently Delete a Thread Posted by me...?

I have posted the Same thread two times in Windows BBS, and I want to remove one of them. How can I do it...? Can someone please help me with it...?

No threads can be permanently deleted. Only soft deleted. After 90 days they will be removed automatically.
