It says, "User does not exist or it is disconnected" when trying to send messages from Command Prompt...!

Although there are lots of Social Media Apps to send messages, I still like to send messages to other computers using cmd. But, when I try to send it, it says, User does not exist or it is disconnected. I tried turning off the Firewall on both devices, but it appears the same. I don't know why this happens. Can someone please help me with it...?

But, when I use the command (msg *), it works and sends the message to my computer. When we send a message directly to another computer, it doesn't work. Is there a way to fix this...?
