Windows Server 2019 Essential Virtualization Rights

Hi,

I have been trying to search for answer but cant seems to find anything related to this topic.

Does the Essential version also has 2 virtualization right?

Meaning if I install it with hyper-v, created 2 VM and install the same version, am I entitle for that license?

Or it is mandatory to get the standard edition instead?
