Hi;I've been having this issue for a while but didn't know what was the cause. Basically, my sistem freezes for a second (CPU and GPU usage drops to 0 sometimes) when playing a game, using the file explorer or even using any explorer. I'm 99.9% sure it's not my GPU or my HDD (I've the storage service dissabled because it was slowing down my computer by keeping the HDD performance at 100% all the time, but that's another thread), so I decided to check my CPU and I've found this:I have an Intel Core i7 - 4770K with a base clockspeed of 3.49 GHz but, even on IDLE, the Intel Turbo Boost technology
