My Wired keyboard randomly turns itself off, and than types the same character many times in a single second (like an auto-clicker).

First the Troubleshooting:1. Sticky Keys and All them key shortcuts are off2. The "On touch keyboards, activate when I lift my finger" is off3. Wired keyboard is plugged directly into my laptop4. Happens with all USB outlets5.
