Error updating Windows 10 to version 21H2, error 0xC1900101 - 0x40017

I am on Windows 10 version 20H2, trying to upgrade to version 21H2 and getting error 0xC1900101 - 0x40017 The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during the BOOT operation. I ran SFC and chkdsk and didn't see any problems. If I tried to install it again, there was no problem either. I tried the update from the Windows update settings, it failed twice and now it is no longer showing up. How can I update Windows?
