My bluetooth earphones show up in audio and mouse, keyboard and pen in the "Bluetooth and other devices" settings and they keep cutting out and reconn

My bluetooth earphones cut out like every 5 seconds but almost immediately the sound comes back, its playing music next second nothing then it appears again, it lasts for about 0.3secs or so, I searched for people with similar problems but found nobody, I think its because it appears in audio and in mouse, keyboard and pen in the "Bluetooth and other devices" settings, but when I use bluetooth headphones they only show up in audio but they do the same thing and when I use a cord it works fine?!PS: When I use any audio thats not using bluetooth it works fine.
