I had an OEM Windows 10 Home installed on my laptop (currently it's in Windows 11). What happen if I use a Windows 10 Pro (Retail) product to upgrade

The main concern I have now is after I upgrade it to Windows 10/11 Pro with Retail product key, do I have an OEM Windows or a Retail Windows?
